French Speaking Consultant - Oracle Apps DBA Consultant

On behalf of my client based in Lyon, France, I am seeking a fluent French speaking Oracle Apps DBA Consultant with Hands on/Implementation experience on OTM.
As the ideal candidate you will have handled 2/3 full implementation cycles, and be able to provide detailed knowledge of the OTM and associated interfaces for systems implementation and capability development.
You will support the team by providing the implementation expertise and technical leadership required to drive consistent utilization of OTM, and prepare documentation and training materials to deliver training.
Skills required:
- Fusion Administration(L2)-Ability to do 10gAS Installation and configuration with Supervision
- Oracle Apps DBA consulting(L2)-Ability to install, configure Real Application Cluster, Load Balancing, Shared-tech_stack, Platform migration, performance tuning with supervision
- Oracle Fusion Apps DBA(L2)
