IT Assistant Network Manager, £45,000, Central London, 12mnth FTC.Experienced IT Assistant Network Manager required for a multi-national Company with a strong presence in the european and international banking market.
The Group offers a wide range of high-quality financial products and services, including retail products, SMEs and corporate, asset management and private, the distribution of insurance products, investment banking, brokerage and real estate management.
This position is being offered to cover a maternity leave period of 12 months.
The key responsibilities will be to support and maintain the Company infrastructure (Cisco, switches, routers) ensuring a BAU environment and developing systems to meet the changing needs of the organisation whilst maintaining up to date documentation and procedures for all systems.
The successful candidate will ideally have a CCNA or Microsoft qualification and experience in a similar, faced paced role. An understanding of legislation, products and proceses with the financial services industry woukd be very beneficial.
Technical Knowledge
* Microsoft Windows server administration, support and design (MSCE)
* Utilisation and design of TCP/IP and Ethernet Network
* Microsoft Exchange administration and support
* SQL database administration and support
* Security systems administration, support and design (Firewalls, RSA, IPS etc)
* Cisco hardware administration and support (CCNA)
* Internet administration
