Description
We are seeking a Credit and Collection Team lead for a 3 month contract role in Duluth, GA.
Candidate needs to be able to lead a team of 6 collectors driving improved "Free Cash Flow" results and mitigating bad debt risks to ensure additional reserve is not needed. In addition, responsible for working with the credit services team regarding pending orders, quickly providing an assessment of orders to be released or be placed on hold. Manage cash application to ensure SLA's are being met
Education/Skills Required:
5 years experience in a financial role understanding and driving cash and bad debt performance. Strong financial analytical and reporting skills required. Strong Reporting Analyst skill set needed.
