Lenght Of Assignment: 3 months initially (extensions up to 1 year)
Location: Massy, Paris - minimum 4 days on site in Paris - with travel to Houston (US) 2 to 4 times a year, based on project needs
The primary role of the SharePoint Analyst is to collect requirements, plan delivery of those requirements, configure SharePoint sites and elements to fulfil the user requirements, and ensure that all proper testing is completed.
The SharePoint Business Analyst has 1-2 years of experience designing and configuring SharePoint out-of-the-box sites, creating and configuring SharePoint Designer Workflows
Role/Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements, plan delivery of those requirements, lead and coordinate with technical team members on delivery, and ensures that all proper testing is completed including user acceptance testing.
- Designing and configuring SharePoint out-of-the-box sites, creating and configuring SharePoint Designer Workflows.
- Provide user training and support on SharePoint.
Skills/Experience:
Must:
- The SharePoint Analyst must have excellent communication skills to successfully interact with the Business Clients, other Analysts, Business Managers, Developers and other related teams.
- Knowledge of project management concepts, software development life cycle and quality assurance techniques.
- Ability to document requirements, test cases, conduct customer meetings, and serve as a collaborative liaison between development, testing, usability and design teams, and deployment teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- 1-2 years of experience configuring SharePoint 2010 OOTB sites including workflows, web parts, and content. Experience with InfoPath.
- 1-2 years of experience creating and configuring SharePoint Designer workflows.
- workflows and OOTB (out-of-the-box) SharePoint workflows.
- Ability to work as a member of a global team with little or no supervision.
Plus:
- Knowledge of HTML and style sheets
- 1-2 years of experience designing, creating & publishing InfoPath forms
Languages:
English & French
Spanish is useful.
