A Physical Design Engineer is required by a global leading semiconductor organisation on a long term contract basis (3 months initial) in Germany. These systems are used by automotive, electronics chip card and securityJob Responsibilities
Support of physical design
Development of devices
Support efficient Place & Route
Testing of physical constraints
Testing of electrical constrains (STA)
Knowledge in Ball Grid Array design (the whole assembly - an engineer who can do this only on PCB or only on chip is not sufficient).
Job Requirements
Deep knowledge in place & route
Experience with Cadence Encounter
Knowledge of Microcontroller
Know How of System Connectivity Manager is a plus
Personal Skills
A self-starter
The candidate should be a fast learner.
Good knowledge of English language
