Description
CONTRACT -LONDON- £400-£450I am looking for an Application Support & Build Engineer with previous experience within the financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Applications builds for key ongoing projects
- Trouble shoot issues with Application builds during project phases
- Assist ICT and Business Support teams in the identification, analysis and resolution of incidents raised in relation to live, testing and development systems
- Assist with technical escalation for other members of a well-established support team
- Responding to major incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide reports both written and verbal to management for high priority incidents.
- Provide training and guidance to ICT and business users for supported applications.
- Compile detailed documentation for work-around and fixes to contribute to existing knowledgebase
To be considered for this role you must have past experience within the bank & finance sector.
Technical Skill-set required
- Troubleshooting and problem solving is a must
- Willingness to be technical escalation for multiple teams
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Microsoft CRM
- Java scripting
- C#
- SQL Server
- Linux experience would be beneficial
- Windows Server skills preferable
