Description
Responsibilities:- Provide end user support to clients
- Identify conflicts and vulnerabilities in production system
- Monitor Gateway system metrics to stay within expected thresholds
- Automate repetitive system administration tasks
- Analyze system metrics and make necessary improvements to ensure system is performing optimally
- Work with Product Development to troubleshoot and test issues affecting Gateway system
- User provisioning (user accounts, mobile devices, VPN, directory permissions)
- Support system hardware in collocation environment
- Build, configure and upgrade workstations, laptops and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade our desktop managed servers
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science
- 4 years experience with Windows operating systems and architecture (large server environments)
- 3 years experience with SQL 2005 or 2008
- Experience performance tuning Windows OS versions, current and previous
- Experience in a 24x7 support environment
- Experience with Windows Clustering
- Experience with DellEMC SAN solutions
