IT Organisational Change Management Expert / Implementation + Migration Project / Switzerland / 6 Month + Contract / €550 to €800 per day all inclusive.IT Organisational Change Management Expert is required on a Migration project to be based in Switzerland.Williams McKinley currently has an immediate start for a highly experienced IT Organisational Change Management Expert on a 6 month extendable basis.My client is a major global management consultancy serving the world's largest businesses with this role in particular sitting Basel, Switzerland. The consultancy has secured a long term project with an end client who requires an Organisational Change Expert for an IT Transition/Migration Project.
The background of the successful consultant will be -
-10 - 15 years' experience with in IT, going from a junior role to IT Director of a large multinational IT function with responsibility for 50+ people.
-More recently the IT Director level consultant would have moved into an Organisation Change Management role, advising on organisation design and consulting with team members through their new roles and responsibilities.
-The successful consultant will have superb communication/negotiations skills having gained experience working with IT departments through times of change and uncertainty.
-The successful consultant will have a broad background of IT infrastructure projects and departmental change.
Essential Requirement:
-Currently hold an EU passport or relevant EU visa and not have any restrictions to travelling throughout Europe and to the USA.
