Currently we are looking for our team in Herzogenaurach (near Nuremberg) an Specialist (m/f) SharePoint.Key Responsibilities
• Responsible that SharePoint Services are stable, cost efficient and innovative
• Day-to-day operations to ensure accessibility & availability of the Global SharePoint Environment
• Act as the main contact for any demands related to SharePoint services, originating from both business units and IT
• Create and Keep Documentation (software, hardware, support and administration) up to date for SharePoint services worldwide
• archiving the SharePoint Services Level objectives
• Works closely with the rest of the Infrastructure teams and with all are developing and using SharePoint services
• Coordinate communication, Incident Management and Change Management processes
• Reports the SharePoint Services SLA and performance to the Manager of the Global File, Print and Collaboration services
• On Call duties (out of business hours support)
Your profile:
• Vocational training or Bachelor in IT field
• In depth knowledge and hands-on experience on Microsoft SharePoint Server , SharePoint Architecture and SharePoint best Practices, PowerShell, Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Good knowledge of networking principles with particular emphasis on TCP/IP networking
• Knowledge of ASP.net, SQL Server, Team foundation Server and Third Party SharePoint Administration tools would be advantageous
• Previous experience gained in managing day to day IT operations working towards SLA delivery
• Experience in working with technical/operations teams
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and nurture good relationships with other parts of IT as well as the business
• Fluent English, both written and spoken is a must, fluency in German would be advantageous
