My client is a rapidly growing, well-respected international pharmaceutical company looking for a Manager of Clinical Operations focused in oncology. You will be able to implement your strategy and influence as you manage clinical studies in multiple phases, working in a team setting with the opportunity to mentor and train. Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage clinical studies in multiple phases from start-up to close-out
- Coordinate preparation of study protocols
- Develop study start-up materials, contracts and budgets, case report forms and strategies to meet goals and deadlines
- Ensure good clinical practice compliance is in accordance with FDA, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Oversight and management of CRO to ensure date integrity and quality
Required:
- 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry performing clinical operations functions
- Experience in oncology
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelors degree in biological science, nursing or pharmacy
- Global experience in clinical research activities is a plus
