You'll be educated to degree/equivalent level in an engineering discipline and will have experience driving continuous improvement within a Precision Engineering medium/high volume component manufacturing environment.
You'll have extensive operations manager experience within machining with a working knowledge of processes such as milling, turning and laser cladding.
You'll have the proven ability to champion and drive improvements in a machine shop environment whilst possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including the implementation of best practice manufacturing and quality techniques including Lean principles, Six sigma, SMED SPC etc.
