Description
Randstad IT Professionals is actively seeking a SAP BW Business Analyst for one of our major clients in Basel to develop business-specific organisational solutions and deal with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.
Main Tasks
- surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
- definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- evaluating physical and organisational resources
- supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurace and project execution
- consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions
Special Requirements
Experience in master data, reporting and analytics
Strong understanding of SAP BW Reporting
Understanding of SAP Business Objects is preferred
Understanding of procurement processes and Ariba is preferred
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
English is a must
