Job Title: Firmware Engineer

A Woking based company require an experienced Firmware Engineer, the succesful candidate will be responsible for:
* The development of embedded firmware and protocols to communicate with other devices using standard interfaces such as serial, USB, Ethernet, SPI, and I²C.
* The use of C and C++ to achieve low power operation with architectures such as ARM processors.
* Working closely with the existing software development team, electronics engineers and project managers for developing firmware test procedures and carry out firmware testing of overall systems.
* Working independently and a part of a small team to develop code in accordance with our coding standard practices.
* Developing and documenting firmware design and required test specifications.
The following skills / experience will be advantageous
* C#.
* Object oriented design
