Client aspires to implement project execution processes and systems that will position it as an oil and gas industry leader.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Groningen Damage Repair Project and the Groningen Preventive Strengthening project as part of the Project Groningen 2013.
In the IM/IT solution for this project MS SharePoint and MS CRM are one of the core components handling structured and unstructured data, web services, internal and external presentation components, intergration with reporting and interactive GIS components.
Around and in the project several business, scientific and engineering disciplines are present and in scope. Within clients all new developed ICT systems are positioned on Microsoft software components.
Responsibilities:
1) Design and develop a storage, maintenance and retrieval for structured, unstructured information items and related metadata within the Groningen Damage Repair project and Groningen Preventive Strengthening project.
2) Analyse access requirements and develop and implement an access model in SharePoint.
3) For this, you need to build up knowledge on the specific business processes, context and ambitions; analyze information, system integration and identify non functional requirements.
4) Design and develop business processes based on a case management approach.
5) Advice about functional and non-functional capabilities of MS CRM, MS SharePoint, MS Active Directory Services and Federated Authentication concept.
6) Develop migration scenario's for migrating claim documents from existing LiveLink structure into MS-SharePoint.
7) Interact with stakeholders, requirements owners and the test team
8) Operate in a High Performance environment.
9) be an member of the design and development team of the Damage Repair system. Value adding input is expected in this role to give direction and optimal use of Microsoft Sharepoint en MS CRM capabilities.
Experience and Qualifications RequiredPrevious Experience
a) Substantial/Extensive experience within Information Management, Document Management Systems, ECM and CRM system design, preferable in an engineering and financial environment.
b) Substantial Experience with high complex ICT projects with MS SharePoint and/or MS CRM as core components
c) Previous experience or exposure to the Upstream/Downstream environment is desired.
Technical and Business Skills
a) Profound experience in Information Management and Information Analysis.
b) Solid project skills. Working knowledge of the Shell Project Delivery Framework (PDF) is desirable.
c) Profound knowledge of MS SharePoint and MS CRM, functional and non-functional.
d) Microsoft Certification in MS CRM and/or MS SharePoint is an advantage, no prerequisite.
e) Working knowledge of OpenText LiveLink and/or HP TRIM is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills
a) Good interpersonal, relationships and facilitation skills.
b) Communicate with and understand of non (IT-) internal clients.
c) Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
d) Excellent multi-cultural attitude.
