Mobile Core & BSS Process Subject Matter Expert - UKA Mobile Core & BSS Process Subject Matter Expert is needed on a contract basis in the UK for one of our prestigious clients in telecommunications industry. Eligability to work in the UK is required for application. You will be responsible for developing the managed services processes specifically focusing on mobile core & BSS operations.
Responsibilities:
Working co-operatively within a framework set by the service architect, design specified Managed service processes
Arbitrate between customer requirements, client MSUP & ITIL standards to deliver efficient & realisable processes
Document process workflows, governance, RASCI & Working Level Agreements
Design KPI’s to allow processes efficacy to be monitored & measured
Provide plans & reports as required to allow progress monitoring
Work collaboratively with the end customer to ensure their requirements are understood & reflected in the agreed process
Qualifications:
Essential
Detailed knowledge of operation aspects of all ITIL processes
Previous process development experience
In depth understanding of SLAs and KPIs
Competent with Microsoft Office, including VISO and power point, excel
ITIL qualified
Understanding of development/delivery/go-live life-cycles
Desirable
Understanding of Remedy toolset
Qualification in Six sigma
In depth understanding of Managed Services Models
