C++/ C# APPLICATION ENGINEERS - 9 Months - South West - £400 - £550pdAn Engineering company based in South West is looking for a 4 C++ application engineers for a Greenfield project that will be kicking off in the New Year.

JOB OPPORTUNITY 1
X 2 C++ Application Architect upto £550 a day
Degree qualified in an electronics or engineering related subject (preferably at 2.1
hons or higher).
? Experience in writing software to a formal software lifecycle procedure with
knowledge of testing and documentation processes.
? Excellent design standards and strong debug skills.
? Solid C/C++ skills and experience with an understanding of good OO design
methodology.
? Experience of developing software for PC and embedded/resource-constrained
environments.
? Development on a range of target systems including Windows and Linux.
? Experience in writing software for networked communications using IP.
? Experience of tool chains, debuggers, cross-compilers and other binary utilities.
? Familiarity with a range of development environments, such as MS Visual Studio and
Eclipse.
? Experience of using version control systems in concurrent development.
JOB OPPORTUNITY 2
X2 - C++/C#/ application engineers upTo £450 a day
Experience of other GUI languages and development technologies (e.g.
Silverlight/Winforms/WPF, Mono, Adobe AIR, HTML5).
? Knowledge of IP and network protocols.
? Knowledge of Java SE and Swing
? Knowledge of scripting languages.
? Knowledge of UML notation and OO design methodology and Design Patterns.
? Experience of network equipment management software (e.g. NNM/syslog).
? Experience of compilers and tool-chains - e.g. GCC, MS Visual Studio, Eclipse.
? Knowledge of C, C++.
