Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Solaris/Linux Administrator for one of our major clients in the banking environment.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- User Support for Solaris/Windows/Linux Software Deployment and global SW Deployment Systems
- Responsibility for answering the Helpline und the analysis and solution of user problems
- Consulting for application developers in the Solaris V Packaging area (Best Practices)
- Analysis of current processes and their improvement
- Ownership of some SW Deployment processes
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Education in informatics or similar
- Experience in UNIX area, experience in Windows and Linux area
- Know How in the Solaris System V Packaging
- Good experience with Bladelogic
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English and German is a must
- Scripting experience is a plus
- Readiness to an on call support
