Job Description:
The Telco/Solution Architect will be responsible for software architecture of existing and new products and defining the architectural road-map for the products. The candidate is expected to bring in the rich experience in the domain of Telecom/Data products and will also be involved in high level design and development of the products.
The key objectives are as listed below:
- Defining Product requirements by working closely with business teams.
- Architecture and design for the new requirements, in line with predefined solutions
- In depth knowledge of C/C++ programming and UNIX/Solaris Operating system concepts
- In depth knowledge of SS7 protocols (SMPP, IS41, IS637, GSM 9.02 (GMAP), GSM 3.40 etc)
- Defining the development level support framework
- Working towards SLAs to meet customer expectations with regards to providing solutions and reports in a timely and professional manner
