Functional analyst with Cobol background, and business knowledge of Payroll and Time & Attendance.
MISSION:
- Delivering functional designs, specifications, models and solutions in order to obtain a high quality IT application for internal HR business client.
- You ensure support for business applications (functional questions, incidents, recurrent problems).
- You design & implement (functional) solutions for both service & project changes
- You deep dive and get to know the working parts of the applications in your scope. The scope is functional analysis but there is affinity with the technical aspects
- You participate in user requirements and deliver functional analysis and advise
- You ensure functional testing on the Legacy environment
- You followup execution of small projects and changes under your responsibility
- You document your applications

KNOWLEDGE required:
- Sound knowledge of HR domain: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Pensions
- Sound knowledge of Mainframe Legacy environments and at least high level knowledge of Cobol related technologies
- Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
