Experience hedge fund accounting analyst is wanted to join a leading financial services provider in the Orlando, FL area. This position includes both accounting and business analysis functions and is an excellent opportunity for a strong financial accountant to expand their background. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in their alternative investments organization. This is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary and bonus potential. All aspects of business analysis, including gap analysis, end-state design, requirements gathering, scope management, testing and deployment support -
Project Management for assigned programme of work, including status reporting, prioritization, and issue tracking and resolution. -
Ensuring solutions that are designed align with the strategic direction of the group, making use of current components -
Creation of quality functional specifications and working with the developers in the creation of technical specs

1-3 years of experience post MBA or 3-5 years working in hedge fund accounting -
Working knowledge of alternative investment management industry, major systems, key platform concepts and applications used. -
Familiarity with Capital Markets or relevant finance experience
