IT Change Analyst / IT Change Manager.ITIL Environment.Chester.Rates to£350 / day.3 month contract initially, likely to extend.IT Change Analyst / IT Change Manager with ITIL experience required.My client, a large bluechip organisation, is looking for an experienced IT change and release analyst with ITIL knowledge to join them on a contract basis starting ASAP.
The Change and Release Analyst / Change and Release Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering changes to hardware and applications; managing, developing and communicating the IT change management processes and supporting procedures.Liaising with various stakeholders within the business, the IT Change Analyst / IT Change Manager will also arrange and chair regular and emergency Change Advisory Board meetings and work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
The ideal IT Change Analyst / IT Change Manager will have ITIL experience and qualifications, although this is not essential, and must be comfortable working in complex political environments.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are needed here, and the role is technology agnostic.
