For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Quality Evaluator/Analyst

Responsibilities

Improve the quality of the shopping search results by evaluating these (web and shopping property) to identify areas of concern and interest.

Cooperate with engineering teams to improve the search, data and catalogue quality.

Develop and share practices for search, data and catalogue quality investigation and analysis.

Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow.

Either fix issues with the provided tools, or bug issues to follow up with engineering teams.

Requirements

Excellent web research and analytical skills.

Knowledge of English is a must. Other languages are a big plus (French, Italian, German, Japanese)

Interest in shopping is a plus.

University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.

Relevant experience in an Internet company and with web research is preferred.
