Service Desk Engineer - Telco/fault/customer/SLA/ITIL

My client, an internationally recognised telecoms leader, is seeking a large number of professionals with excellent Service Desk experience, to provide end-to-end management of faults, ensuring that incident records are correctly prioritised. The role will involve assigning such trouble tickets to the correct support teal, identifying and troubleshoooting network incidents and perform initial diagnositcs.

To perform this role, candidates should possess the following:

- Basic knowledge of Network/IT Operations environments

- Basic understanding of customer services supported by a Network Operation/NOC

- Experience of fault management processes and procedures

- EXCELLENT customer service skills

- Experience of mobile networks (this is a must)

- ITIL foundation qualified would be advantageous
