Description
We're looking for an "in-house candidate" who can work with us in developing and improving our existing websites.
Our goal is to find the right individual who can perform many basic-tier functions:
HTML + PHP Programmer (not WYSIWYG user)
Graphic Design / Editing (Photo Resizing, Custom Graphic Design, Etc.)
You'll need an excellent command of all facets of front-end web development.
The ability to craft good quality written content independently
In essence; we need a person who is HTML & PHP savvy + has some Graphic Design Skills + be a Capable Writer

The ideal candidate will work closely with myself and our company principle in development...
The hours of operation needed would be between 3 to 5 hours a day, Mon through Fri. (This is NOT up for Negoitation - so all Independant Home Based Professionals / Overseas Companies need not apply)
It's just as important you have a strong work ethic, are a problem-solving whiz, have notable organizational skills, and above all, are detail-oriented. If you can boldly check off those things, you've already piqued our interest.
Interactive skills are one thing, interaction is another—you'll have strong interpersonal skills, working independently and as part of a team, on top of excellent written communication skills. An ability to discern when to follow strategy and when to propose fresh creative solutions is golden.
Qualifications:
- PC Saavy - No Macs in-house
- Rock-solid in front/back-end development; HTML, PHP, CSS.
- Support A-grade browsers and accessibility
- SQL skills a must
- 3 - 4 years of prior development experience in internet advertising, product advertising, and/or site development strongly preferred
- Create HTML and CSS from scratch (*NO WYSIWYG EDITING*)
- Maintain super-clean coding practices; excellent documentation
- Are extremely efficient; can manage multiple projects at once
- Have extensive experience with cross-platform/browser development
Do not apply if:
- you wish to work from Home
- you're a designer who dabbles in HTML/PHP/CSS/JS
- your code is unorganized
- you've never been part of a large project
- you've never used a CMS before
- you can't see that something is out of alignment by one pixel
- the only interaction with a server you've had is via FTP
- you don't have "first-hand" knowledge of what a JS form validator is
