A small Hedge Fund is looking for a software developer to join their growing team. They work mostly with FX and are looking to get into derivatives and immerging markets. They are a prop trading fund. While they started several years ago they have been highly successful. They are looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience with either C++ or Java and excellent analytical skillsThe Role:
- Our Client is looking for a strong programmer to come in and work on their trade systems.
- This will be very hands on position and you will be a part of all parts of the software development lifecycle as well as involved on the business side.
- A few months down the road you will have the opportunity to develop models and work more on the analytical side.
- This is a great opportunity to expose yourself to both the development and business side of the firm allowing you to gain
Skills:
- They are looking for strong programmers with either C++ or Java experience and an interest in finance,
- Experience with Matlab, Unix and SQl
- Experience with order Management Systems
