Senior iOS Developer's Engineer (Contract)
The iOS Developer's role is to analyse, design, code, unit test, debug and implement mobile applications for the iPad mobile platforms.
Experience required:
- iOS development experience
- Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices
- SQL and Hibernate
- Web technologies (JSON, XML, HTTP, Javascript)
- Eclipse or Spring Tool Suite
- Java Enterprise or Grails/Groovy
- Software Design Patterns
- Version control (Git and Subversion)
The following will be an advantage:
- Agile/Scrum
- Test driven development
- Healthcare domain knowledge
Required competencies
- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of inter-disciplinary teams
- Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and tight time frames
