5+ years in Radio WCDMA Optimization experience in NSN RF network;

Have NSN 3G/LTE RF planning experience;

If has LTE radio experience; request minimum 1 years of LTE, should be live network experience;

Requires familiarity with 3G planning and optimization techniques for troubleshooting and improving of KPIs.

Require to be competent in analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections.

Require to have competency in creation and modification of XML files.

Require familiarity with Mapinfo, Nemo Outdoor measurement tool and Actix Analyzer post analysis tool.

Preferred to understand & experience in NSN RAN parameters and KPIs. familiarity with LTE optimization for troubleshooting and improving of KPIs.

Practical experience at LTE layer 3 analysis and familiar with LTE protocol and signalling.
