ResponsibilitiesDeliver the project according to time, cost and quality expectations described in the Project Assignment.
Lead, manage, develop and motivate the project organization
Manage all relevant stakeholders
Ensure that the project has established goals, success criteria and an implementation strategy
Contribute in the process of maturing (startup) and follow up business projects
Ensure that the project has realistic estimates according to the defined scope
Ensure that all risk elements are taken care of
Ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with agreed plans and customer expectations
Ensure that necessary agreements/contracts are established and followed up
Make sure that HSE and quality requirements are taken care of and supervision activities are performed
Ensure that project deliveries are handed over to the organization
Actively contribute to learning, experience sharing and improvements related to construction project processes and best practices
Qualifications
Formal education - University or College degree
Formal education within project management is an advantage
5 - 10 years of experience as project manager
Experience within facility projects
Experience from working with oil and gas industry is an advantage
Well developed teambuilding, cooperational- and communication abilities
Ability to work "across" all areas in the project
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expected duration: December 2013 - December 2014
