We are looking for an experienced EPIC Project Manager to guide our Healthcare client inNorthern Californiato a successful go-live. Some of the skills we are looking for during this 12 month + project are shown below.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Epic modules.
- Work closely with team members to support the day to day operation of the Epic system and related applications
- Evaluate Upgrades and Release Notes for assigned Epic modules
- Work with functional areas to insure that changes are fully tested before implementation into production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported system and application problems in the test and production environments.
- Ability to provide detailed documentation of all analysis, configuration and implementation
- Certification in one or more Epic modules desired (Cadence, ADT/Prelude, HIM, Identity, Resolute HB, PB).
- Experience supporting other third party applications including claims processing gateways, Contract Management, DSS systems etc. is also beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate and understand new software releases and succeed in a changing environment.
