Description
As a Director of Project Integration, you will provide global leadership of the Global Project Integration team within Early Clinical Services.- Leading the project management group and integration of functional group service delivery.
- Provide mentoring support and training to the team members to ensure that core activities (budget management, project planning, status updates) are being consistently understood and delivered across projects
- Interact with senior leadership across disciplines at a global level to achieve business objectives
- Provide senior support for business development activities and client relationship management
- Drive process improvement and project management best practices within the Project Integration function
- Increase expertise of team in Phase II and special population studies through training and talent acquisition
- Ensure that appropriate project tracking and review activities occur within the department on a regular and timely basis with resolution of identified issues.
Related Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years relevant clinical project management experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO including at least 5 years of project or team leadership.
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a global project management team, with a demonstrated record of strong financial performance, quality, process improvement, and employee engagement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of Phase II clinical studies.
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience working with Proof of Concept Studies is required.
