Shopping Quality Evaluator / AnalystOur client, in the IT-industry, is currently seeking for a Shopping Quality Evaluator / Analyst in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the quality of the company's shopping search results by evaluating the shopping search results (web and shopping property) to identify areas of concern and interest
- Cooperate with engineering teams to improve our search, data and catalog quality
- Develop and share practices for search, data and catalog quality investigation and analysis
- Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or bug issues to follow up with engineering teams
Requirements:
·Excellent web research and analytical skills
·English fluent is mandatory. Other languages (French, German, Italian, Japanese) is a plus
·Interest in shopping is a plus
·University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus
·Relevant experience in an Internet company and with web research is preferred
