Functional Analyst/Delivery Coordinator
Key Skills
- Using your background in functional analysis you are able to quickly get insight in the application landscape and have the skills to document it at different levels of abstraction.
- You have experience in modelling (eg UML, BPMN) and you are good at choosing the right technique/level of detail for the audience that your deliverable is meant for.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
- Good communication skills (preferably fluently in Dutch and English) are a must.
- You are able to organize your work towards deadlines.
About the Role
- As a functional analyst within the cross-application analysis team of gas & power, you will be responsible for the translation of business needs & requirements towards the application teams.
- To do so you will help business in elaborating their requirements, challenge them where needed and define the right solution for their problem, in close collaboration with the application teams and the IT architect.
- You will make sure that the work is clearly defined and split up over the application teams involved and you will inform them on part of the work using deliverables (process flows, use cases, requirements, user-interface specifications, information modelling) and clear and pro-active communication.
- During the project you will make sure the teams stay aligned with each other/with business and you will identify, solve (or escalate) issues whenever they pop up.
- When it comes to project questions you are the primary contact for business.
