To support growth across Europe, my client are recruiting a CTO who is able to drive a homogenous development strategy for projects in terms of choice of technologies, technical architecture, security and accommodation.
Used to working quickly, Lean Startup expert, mastering work methods such as Scrum / Agile, you will immediately recruit a technical team to whom you will impart your knowledge and your working methods. You are hard-working, ambitious and very involved.
Skills:
-You tackle and quickly understand complex and evolving issues. Autonomous, proactive, organised and responsible, you show determination and tenacity to achieve your goals.
-You have 7 to 10 years of experience in technical development (PHP expertise, mastery Javascript, Symfony, skills webservices), but also in management and supervision of e-commerce projects. You are comfortable with Agile and / or Scrum and have already implemented unit testing and development industrialisation.
Professional experience related to payment services, ideally in a buyer (bank) or provider (Atos, Ogone, Paybox, Point ...) is a plus.
Team spirit, an acute sense of negotiation, interpersonal skills and the desire to join a fast growing company are essential qualities for this position.
SALARY: UP TO 80K
