For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Quality and Rollout Manager

Scope of work:

  • Demonstrated success building and leading effective small and large scale solution delivery projects teams
  • Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated success with both product and process development projects
    Key deliverables:
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous project engagements
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to function as a sparring partner with the team
  • Pragmatic way to approach new things, flexible
  • Expertise in multiple solution delivery methods and life cycles such as waterfall, agile, lean, RUP, XP, Kanban, SCRUM
  • Functional understanding of Scrum and other Agile life cycles
  • Experience facilitating workshops and open forum sessions
  • Expertise implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Working knowledge of quality management practices
  • Fluent written and spoken English
