Security Project Manager
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within IT, we are looking for an experienced Security Project Manager For this Contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an Englishs peaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

On our Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) platform we are expanding coverage of security event sources and threat based monitoring use cases.
This is going to happen in a three process phases:
We are searching an experienced project manager who leads the remediation actions agreed in phase 2 as described above. Remediation actions can be eg configuration of log generation & filtering on various systems and devices, re-direction of log feeds to other collection Servers, or rollout of latest versions of agents.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage base-lining project (goals, requirements, resources, budget & cost, planning & execution, reporting)
- Agree requirements concerning remediation actions with security specialist responsible for base-lining and monitoring working group that sets the priorities
- Identify stakeholders, incl. platform owners, engineering and support teams for remediation execution
- Establish and agree schedule for remediation steps and follow official production change process
- Provide and/or organize necessary documentation
- Cooperate with platform owners and support teams until remediation is complete
- Report progress, risks and issues to Application Logging & Monitoring program
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in projects management for at least 3 years
- Certification in project management required
- Knowledge and experience in information security/technical projects necessary
- Proven track record with projects in large, international companies in finance sector
- Skilled in communication in a multi-cultural, virtual team environment
- Strong leadership to push changes through in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
- Well versed in English, orally and in writing
