Quality Manager - £35,000 - £40,000 - NottinghamshireA creative engineering, production, research and development company based in Nottinghamshire are looking for a Quality Manager to join their talented team.

The Role:
- Be the lead person on site for all quality issues ensuring that the company, customer and legislative standards are met
- Assist with the training and development of staff
- Ensure efficient and effective management of QMS.
- Ensure all internal and external audits are managed and expectations of customers and suppliers are met.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the corrective and preventative actions system (CAPA)
- Take a lead role in Health and Safety issues across the site.
- Effectively lead and manage a team of QA Engineers
Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent man management and leadership ability
- Expert knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 and Part 11 and ISO 13485
- A proven track record in people management
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving skills
Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to lead and influence a team
- Demonstrates Drive
- Proactive approach to work
