Description

We are currently looking for a Citrix Support consultant to work in Belgium for a period of 6 months with possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:

Administration of the existing infrastructure server: WI, XML broker, NetScaler Access Gateway, profile, provisioning, license, XenDesktop, XenApp, mgmt console

Support trouble tickets Level 2 and 3

Execution Maintenance Plan

SCOM monitoring alerts on the perimeter

Industrialization procedures and automating repetitive tasks

Writing operating procedures

Fine tuning performance

patch management

technological Evolution

Management deployments

Strong analytical, proactive and creative

Results oriented

Rigorous and precise

Flexible

Good communication skills

Able to integrate into an operational team and work independently

Technical Skills:

Minimum 3 years' experience managing a Citrix environment

Knowledge:

XenApp 6.5 (experience with Version 7 is an asset)

XenDesktop 5.6

RES

Insight/EdgeSight

APP_V 4.6 (5.x experience is an asset)

Storefront 2.0

Netscaler Access Gateway

Asset: Knowledge AD administration, enterprise 5 ESX, VMware 5.x

Language skills:

Fluent French with English, Dutch is a Bonus
