I am a free lance developer that has more work than can handle. I am looking to make this work but need a solid drupal developer to help me with the front end.I am looking for a solid CSS developer with a design background. Don't have to be picasso but need to be able to mock up something or use your design skills when needed. This can be full time work, part time as needed and project based so free lancers are ideal. Will pay per project or around $40 per hour. Prefer people in the United States only for communication. Also no agencies or recruiters please. Please send sites, resume, and work.
