Project description:
- Our customer is implementing a new „Digital Workplace” for employees worldwide, based on Microsoft Sharepoint. This Digital Workplace includes the rollout of a global social/ collaborative Intranet until end of 2014. To support the Intranet implementation for the Group Information Services unit a project manager is needed.
- Please note: The project is not focusing on a technical implementation, but on applying the Group's Intranet concept to the IT unit and implementing it in a highly stakeholder- oriented and customer-friendly way.
ole/Skill/Task:
- Defining, coordinating and tracking milestones and deliverables
- coordinating contributing parties and managing stakeholders
- providing hands-on support and advise for room owners and publishers
- ensuring a customer-friendly representation of IT services on the new platform and coordinating the implementation of additional “quick wins” (e.g. self-service functionalities)
- managing content and design quality during migration and creation of new content
- supporting promotional and change management activities during Go live phase
- MS SharePoint (excellent)
- change management (nice to have)
- communication management (excellent)
- experience in Intranet projects (nice to have)
- project management (excellent)
- writing skills (excellent)
- open minded, communicative and reliable personality
- structured and independent way of working
- strong ability to adopt different perspectives (e.g. IT customers vs. internal IT staff)
- hands-on mentality
- high quality orientation
Language skill: German, English (both business fluent)
Location: Frankfurt area (not Frankfurt city, but suburbs)
