Yesterday I spoke with the hiring Manager for a well respected Oncology company in the San Jose area. She is looking to on-board a Sr. Specialist of Validation who can help her grow out the team. Currently this Manager is overseeing several consultants who are responsible for most of the facility, utility, and equipment validation at the company. But she has decided it is time to build out her own team for the long term and is looking for an experienced validation professional to share some of her responsibilities.This position has an urgent need and could be a great career move to get the New Year started in an exciting way. The company currently has 20 on-going clinical trials and is growing rapidly. Joining at this pivotal time, when they just had their first product approved, can only lead to great progression through the ranks in the future.
Requirements are as follows:
- Strong knowledge of GMP procedures and EMA/FDA requirements
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytical methods, process validation, equipment validation and computer validation
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
