A Healthcare Company in Dublin are hiring a Quality Manager to join the Quality department. The company sells, markets and distributes innovative and generic healthcare products in Ireland and the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known company at a managerial level, where you will be managing a team of Quality Specialists.

As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for:

*To manage, maintain and develop all Quality Management Systems across different site in Ireland and the UK.
*To manage the maintenance of ISO certification.
*To manage the maintenance of Pharmaceutical wholesaler and tissues establishment authorisations through the application of GDP.
*To manage quality systems to maintain Manufacturing & Importation Authorisations (MIA) through the application of GMP.
*To act as Responsible Person for Irish wholesaler authorisations.
*Assist the development of the business by working with the relevant directorates to assist them in achieving the required licensing and certification standards.
*Manage and optimise the team and its activities in line with the chosen strategy, regulatory requirements and agreed financial targets and resources.
*To propose and develop organisational structures and staff development programs consistent with the selected strategy and regulatory requirements.
*Support sharing of best practices across the company's sites including application of Lean techniques where appropriate.
*Deliver quality, EHS and regulatory training programmes.

Requirements:
*5 - 8 years' experience in the healthcare industry with minimum 3 years in a quality management role.
*Responsible Person (pharmaceutical wholesaling) eligibility.
*Experience of Quality, EHS & ISO Systems.
*Knowledge of EU healthcare legislation and quality standard requirements.
*To have and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the quality, environmental, health and safety and regulatory bodies and their requirements.
*Lead Auditor qualified in quality assurance is desirable.

Salary is up to EUR65,000 with competitive benefits package including annual bonus.
