Network and Security Specialist required for 3 month initial contact.My globally recognised client ,are currently undergoing radical infrastructural change. To help complete the global projects they are looking for a multi-Skilled Network & Security Specialist, capable of implementing and operating a wide range of multi-vendor network, firewall & encryption devices.
Location: Manchester
Rate: per day
Contract length: 3 Months initial.
You will be responsible for the provision of 3rd Line support for Network and Security Infrastructure across multiple vendor contracts.
The ideal candidate will be able to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and maximum availability of systems, including project design, implementation and OA of new and upgraded fully converged VOIP and data networks.
You will be expected to Lead and assist colleagues across teams and disciplines providing expertise in LAN/WAN technologies (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP & VRFs), tunnelling technologies (DMVPN, m-GRE & IPSEC), Security/Gateways and SIEM
The ideal candidate will also have the following;
SC cleared
CCNP, CCNP Security, CCDP,IPS Specialist
Cisco Firewall Security Specialist
Juniper JNCIA-FW and Bluecoat BCCPA Certified
CCIE R & S certification.
