Change project managers contract Limerick (OR Dublin)
One of our major clients is looking for the Change project managers to join their team for a 6 Month (possibly extended) contract
Skills and responsibilities:
- Assistance through change programme
- Experience with the following: change management/transition activities including impact assessment analysis, transition planning and activities, determining local training and communication needs
- Facilitate access to the necessary teams/functions/stakeholders to ensure the Transition activities can take place in a timely and coordinated manner
- Build excellent and credible relationships with client's staff, dedicated project resources key stakeholders and senior leadership
- Staff training on tools and new standards
- Day to Day onsite support for Public sector organisation to ensure they are on track to being ready for new system and process deployment
- Support public sector resources to manage their local transition plans and ensure they are escalating key issues and risks to local leadership
