SAP Change Manager w Change Modelling Experience
New SAP Deployment and we need you as the change manager on the PMO exe Team for this:
Starting ASAP - you need to interview now and be able to start in Jan 01.01.2013 LATEST - we cannot wait 4 weeks' notice.
Chemical manufacturing firm implementing SAP for the first time over 4 countries - full suite being implemented so a good big project. This project will run for the next 3 years. You will report to the Programme Manager on this- you need to be on the ground so travel is big on this one across EU.
We are looking for someone who has a mix of personal skills around creating urgency around the SAP Implementation: where the business understands why they need it and the benefits of it and what will happen (in a nice way) if it is not implemented. It is that mix of when to be soft and when
You will need to push out the marketing and communications for the programme across the group and sell the programme to ALL LEVELS of the business. You will be down in the trenches so FOR that REASON you HAVE TO HAVE SAP understanding - otherwise you can't instil confidence with the operational people. You will be doing workshops in SAP as well.
Must have experience in organisational Modelling = creating models (the loose org model is there but having this skill will advance your application here).
