My client, a start-up company in the software financial services industry have an exciting opening for a Product Manager or Business Analyst coming from a banking/regulatory background.

As a part of their expansion plans they have a great opportunity for a Product Manager to join their product management team in Dublin.
You will work in a green field environment with the opportunity to develop new products on the market, delivering into major banking and financial institutions.

X Factor of role: You will work with a niche product in the market, across multiple locations including the UK, New York, Boston and Chicago. As a start-up company, you will have senior-level responsibility in helping grow the existing product base with future potential to break into north american and australian markets. This is an exciting time to get on board, with excellent career growth opportunities on offer.

The role:
You will play a key role in the formulation of product strategy and roadmap management in addition to leading the delivery of complex solutions and supporting full life cycle software delivery of the product.
You will also drive the delivery of product change, including analysis, definition and documentation of business and functional requirements.
The role will involve a strong business focus on regulatory and operational client onboarding in Capital Markets in addition to software design and delivery.

Skills Required:
5+ years' experience in Business Analysis / Product Management related roles
Demonstrated experience in business analysis best practices preferably in investment or capital marketsTrack record of delivering complex business or technology solutions
Database, SQL and Reporting Skills
Excellent analytical and creative problem solving abilities
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ideally you will have an understanding of regulatory topics including FATCA, MIFID, Dodd Frank, EMIR
