Your tasks:
- Use main monitoring console and subsequent tools
- Coordinate all batchs activities to ensure the best quality and ensure timings (Prod, UAT, Tests, DEV)
- Adapt documented instructions based on events and business impacts, and ensure an updated documentation
- Raise and qualify incidents based on events identified and business impacts and actively contribute to incident resolution
- Participate and support test efforts
- Communicate transparently issues and improvements required for this position
Your qualifications
- Similar role in the bank industry
- Understanding of banking business processes
- Autonomous and take responsibilities
- Fluency in English and French
- Unix / AiX / Solaris
- BMC CONTROL-M, BMC Remedy, Monitoring tools like Nimsoft / Spectrum
