Description
A local College in Essex are looking for an experienced operations manager to manger and lead the Examinations Team and the organisation and delivery of the College's examinations in accordance with awarding body regulatios.- Managing a team of 5 Exam Officers you will oversee all staff and ensure the examination function is fully compliant with all awarding body and audit regulations.
- You will be required to regularly review and assist with the compilation of the examinations policy and procedures and assess the operational practices of the Exams team.
- The role will also require you to liaise with a numbe rof external examing bodies, attend regular meetings and training sesions with staff members.
Previous experience working within a Further or Higher Education Institute would be desirable.
The post is for an initial 3 month contract with a temp to perm option thereafter.
