Technical operation of the service management database SMDB and interfaces to third-party systems.

Maintenance and further development of the service management database SMDB

Participation in the design and development of the entire service management tool

Decompose (development of service trees ) of the products and services

Requirments

Masters Degree is essential
Sound knowledge of CA Oblicore, Bluedge Methd in service management
Several years of experience as a developer in Oracle, ASP, NET, SQL, VB Scripting
Uni, FH
Fluent in German / Swiss German & English
Proven leadership experience
EU / EEA national
