Oracle DBA - Contract Dublin.
My client, a leader in their respected market, is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Oracle DBA to join them on a 7 month contract (view for extension likely)
My client will require that you contribute and develop the Oracle expertise of the team and to share it with the other support teams you will also take part in projects linked to Service Quality Improvement and Business growth. You will Support HA/DR architecture and manage common data interface layers, and provide 24 x 7 oncall support and Process and technical documentation.
Successful candidates will come from a solid database administration background and have technical skills such as Oracle10G and 11G and SQLServer , UNIX and Wintel. My client is looking for candidates to also have 5 years plus hands on SAP Basis experience be equally proficient with ABAP and JAVA stacks on a Windows platform (SAP Performance tuning and troubleshooting on ABAP and Java stacks essentia) You Would be supporting the following systems ECC 6, BI 7, PI 7.1, CRM 7.02, EP 7 and Solution Manager 7 ECC, PI and Solution Manager expertise essential.
