Description
Summary:Primary job duties include opening the office each day at 8:30 a.m., answering incoming phones, filing credit, legal and financial files, filing expense reports in Concur Solutions, booking travel in AMEX Global system and performing other general office duties as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open office promptly; check printers for paper supply; answer incoming phones and direct calls appropriately; greet clients, vendors and messengers, sign for packages; retrieve and distribute the mail each day by noon. Order office and kitchen supplies and keep areas well stocked. Scan legal documents, archive terminated files, make copies and bind presentations as requested. In addition to these duties the Administrative Assistant will be available to assist with special projects as they occur
Requirements:
Be proficient with Concur Solutions Expense program, AMEX Global Business Travel program; as well as Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office programs.
Banking or Legal background helpful.
**Experience with Concur Solutions Expense program and AMEX Global Business Travel program is required
